I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist and Social Worker working with individuals, couples, and families who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—whether that’s in their relationships, their parenting, or within themselves.
You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out before coming in. Most people arrive knowing something isn’t working, but not quite why. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s underneath, and start shifting patterns in ways that feel realistic in your day-to-day life.
My work is grounded in attachment and relational approaches, with a focus on how we connect, protect ourselves, and respond when things feel hard. These patterns make sense—and they can also be changed.
I work with adults, couples, and families, including children and parents, and adapt my approach depending on who I’m working with. The goal is to help you feel more steady, more connected, and more like yourself.
I also want to share that I am a white, cisgender, straight woman. I’m mindful of how my identities shape my perspective and strive to create a space that is respectful, inclusive, and open.
Cassandra has over 20 years of experience working with youth and families in various settings in the public and private sector. She has advanced training in Theraplay, Circle of Security, and family assessment.
